Analog out of reach, can't fix

So recently I've been changing resolutions and refresh rates in my AMD control panel. Well I accidentally changed one of the settings from preserve aspect ratio to full panel while in 1024x768 with 75Hz and so my monitor is stuck at the error that says "analog out of range" and It won't revert back after 10 seconds because it wasn't a test to see if it works so I don't know what to do. I can't uninstall my gpu because then I have nothing to connect my monitor to. I also tried starting windows in safe mode but it doesn't work. I'm out of ideas...
