Analog power saving mode

How do I stop my monitor from going black and displaying the message analog power saving mode? when it does this it won't return to windows no matter what I do save re-booting,

Don't know which version of Windows you are using, but in Win XP all you should need to do is go to Control Panel, select Power Options, then for the Turn Off Monitor options select Never. Then click OK.

i cant go to the control panel because my screen goes black when i start my pc and i m using windows xp

if your able to open your CPU then turn of your PC and open it then try swapping the ( RAM's ) from its sockets that what my cousin did and it works but when i tried it in my other PC also WinXP it did not happened just try what i said .
