[SOLVED] Analog speaker connection to PC and TV

I have a set of active speakers with RCA input that I want to connect to my TV that only has a digital audio output, and also connect them to my PC via a USB sound card that has RCA outputs.

Would this setup using a DAC and RCA A/B switch work?

I think it will work but I think a few of your arrows are pointing wrong.

Does your TV have a headphone out?
If so....you can probably eliminate the DAC.
