Android 4GB Download limit

Friends..My pc parts arrived.iam building 1st time pc.but i cant download windows 10.When download reach 3.99 or Almost 4GB then file automatically re-downloding
My internal memory if full.
Can i format my SD card and download this File or i without pc

Hi

you are going to need a Windows or Linux or possibly Mac PC to put Windows 10 ISO onto a USB memory stick or DVD

It is best to use Microsofts media creation tool to download and then put onto USB or DVD (needs a Windows PC)

There is a 4 GB file size limit in Fat32 formatted disks

you would need a disk formatted as exFAT, NTFS (for Windows)
or one of EXT unix formats
