android and pc port forwarding help

setup is like this

pc + android wifi connects to router + usb tether on using usb cable to pc ++ router wireless.

i went into 192.160.0.1 into router and setted the port forward but in my pc if i open software or check via webbrowser it says port is closed.

please help.

What port did you forward and to what IP address? Is it your PC's?
