Android app to use youtube when screen is off and only for music ?

is there app I can run youtube when screen is off and also only for music, so I don't need video and stuff.

I've heard rumors that YouTube Red can do that... But I haven't confirmed that.

only reason why I am looking for that is because I use my phone with aux in a car, perhaps time to move on to soundcloud or spotify..
