Question Android apps to record what you have done as a video??

Hello everybody I am looking for an Android app that it can record the screen action over a period of time
if I want, from time to time I need to illustrate the steps to somebody but simply capturing many static photos is not a very wise idea.... Any recommended apps to do that?? It should be saved as video.... Thanks a lot.....

android 9 and up have build in screen recording
any droid below 9 will need to use 3d party app (filled with ads or paid) available on play store
