Question Android budget phone getting slow, any solution?

This is LG Q6+, used for 1 year only. Recently it's getting very slow, I've already deleted a lot of apps and left the really commonly used apps. The phone gets faster, but it still takes 5-6 seconds to show up the virtual keyboard every time I want to type a message...

Any solution? I want to use this phone a little bit longer because I don't have the budget for a new phone recently

Reet it to factory via safe mode (if you need extra guide ill link it to you).
Well I think those animations are slow, you can disable them or faster them up via developer mode (also will link if you need).

Last resort , custom rom?

can I backup the apps data to google? will google reserve the apps data? (mostly chat history from common instant message apps)

Alternative backup for apps that dont support google , use titanium backup.

Pictures&Videos, you have to do manually.
Also the whatsapp folder is on your devices storage, soo you can transfer it to the PC and save the data or to whatsapps cloud (but better to backup , better safe than sorry).
