Hello guys,

I'm stuck with my phone now, I have no internet access for over 3 days, I'm able to connect to my wifi at home and also use the vodafone network the one I'm paying monthly for. But both seem to fail when it comes to accessing the internet, like whatsapp or the usual internet browsing doesn't work, the only thing i'm able to do with my phone now is calling someone.

I have this problem out of nowhere, the last time I checked my phone ( whatsapp) was like an hour before it stopped working, when I got home the internet didn't work, i've tried google for instructions (on my pc), but they seem to be either for people with only wifi problems or the provider network I can't seem to find both.
Also this phone I use isn't new, I'm close to using this phone for 2 years.
I never had such a problem like this one. I've asked people around me how to fix this, they also have no clue. I tried calling vodafone but it's sunday so they're pretty much closed.

Provider: Vodafone
Phone: HTC One Black

PS: I've tried restarting my phone like thousand times and tried checking the settings if I touched something by mistake, but nothing seem to work.

I forgot to mention that everyone's phone is working fine at home using wifi.

I've tried everything, none of them worked.

Maybe I will try this, but I want to be sure to save my numbers and files. I'm not sure how to do these, my phone's backup does only apps and some settings.

If both are failing on same phone and works on other than thats not networks issue. Is time and date correct on your phone? Sometimes it makes conflict.
Go to settings -> Data usage and see if any Limit is set for data, also see if turning on off airplane mode helps.

If you have only tried browser, try other app like play store etc to see if it works or not.

If all fails, go to recovery mode of your phone and Wipe Cache and Wipe Dalvik (this won't harm your data/files) and reboot phone, first boot will take time and see if it works.

I did hard factory reset on my phone, I used syncdroid to back-up every file I have on my phone through USB.
Thanks for the help. Everything works now.
