easy....buy a new monitor, but make sure your graphic card have more than one video out. hook it up and setup dual display on your pc, done

like everyone else here, it is quite difficult to understand what you are looking for.
However I have some suggestions:

  If you wish to emulate a separate android system (other than your phone) on your computer that u can view on the side along with other software running then I would recommend BlueStacks (http://www.bluestacks.com/download.html)
  • 
    If u wish to mirror your android system (your phone) on the computer which can be viewed and controlled from your computer along with other software then I would reccomend checking these applications out (https://airmore.com/control-android-screen-pc.html)
