[SOLVED] Android not respond to touch

my smartphone is water-damaged and doesn't respond to touch attempts. All the other features are working fine. Do I need to get all the data on it? what can I do to get them?

the digitizer is the touchscreen part of it. if the digitizer is broken a new one is needed.
my tablets screen waqs fine but the digitizer was broken I replaced the digitizer and its back to normal.
it could be a loose connection on the digitizer as well
if the device has USB OTG you can connect a keyboard/mouse to the USB charging port and get back some control

Fine tip..I will try connecting USB OTG method,.. until I get the device fixed
