Question android os and touchscreen monitor

Just wanna know if anybody here tried using a touchscreen monitor (like 7 or 6 inch) on a pc
then install android x86 or other android os,
things that have been bothering me are is multi touch gonna work for those that have tried this what was the experience like?
is any monitor gonna work as long as it have a touchscreen?
Im kinda tired that my phone cant handle the games that I am playing and buying a new phone is out of the question.
I wanna know some answers and opinions before trying this out

It all depends on you plan to build and assemble the device. If you do everything 100% right and program and install every driver how it is need to for what's there then there should be no issues.
