Question Android some apps doesnt work on mobile data while working on Wifi

First of all, my problem is not being unable to use my mobile data...My mobile data works for the most part, i can use chrome, whatsapp, discord, steam etc but for some apps i cant use my mobile data and have to switch to wifi and i have not the slightest idea why that might be...My phone is Xiaomi Mi Max 3...

So far tried:

Enable the Right Network Mode
Remove and Re-Insert SIM Card
Reset APNs
Set APN Protocol to iPv4/IPv6
Allow mobile data usage for all apps
Reset network settings
Factory data reset

In this kind of situation, what you would want to do is go to settings, apps and clear the app cache for all the apps that are malfunctioning. If your phone's OS allows to clear all the cache at once, that's even better. Go to settings, storage to do that. If possible, also clear the cache partition from recovery mode. If it's a dual sim or hybrid phone, insert sim in the 2nd slot and see whether it works or not?

May be it's a problem with some app and not the phone itself? Update the app, in that case.

Factory reset is not the solution mostly, but is to remove the root cause of the problem. It is recommended when all the other methods fail.
