Hi. I brought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, but I could not get numbersync to work. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy 8+. The orientation would not stay in portrait mode. It was a disaster. Why does att give the tablets numbers and you cannot make or receive calls. So I thought the Ipad Mini 5 would be the answer to my problems. No. I cannot download the games I like; and cannot make phone calls. I love android. Can anyone give me a suggestion on a 8" tablet that works with numbertsync.? deanie44

Solution
Never used that feature, but just reading requirements:
From NumberSync page:
COMPATIBILITY

Devices that support NumberSync

To use NumberSyncSM for tablets, you need an AT&T HD Voice enabled smartphone. Visit att.com/hdvoice for more information and a list of devices that support AT&T HD Voice.

To use video calling on your tablet, you need a smartphone that supports AT&T Video Call.
leading to HD Voice - compatible phones:
https://www.att.com/buy/phones/browse/samsung
and I don't see Galaxy 8 there,

And as much as I "love" Customer Support, you have to resolve this with AT&T.
