Anniversary update product key

Hi,

I just finished building my new PC and I tried activating Windows 10 through my Microsoft account but it said It was unable to activate Windows.

I don't have access to my old motherboard because it died, so will It work if I delete the PC from my Microsoft account? Will this make the key valid again?

You are probably going to have to call MS and talk to a real person about the issue, that way they can validate your key.
