Annoying "Ads by Royals" pops up after a google search

When I search anything on Chrome a second later at the top of the search list a few links pop up which is very annoying cause you accidentally click on their links instead of what you actually want to click.

This only happens on Chrome. I tried firefox and it doesn't pop up there.

Can extensions still do something if they are disabled?

I figured it out, it was the "Youtube Video Downloader" extension that did this

Sometime extension go rogue, nothing for free.
