Annoying boot message appearing before windows loads.

After installing my new HDD, i have found that every time i restart my pc i get given a message informing me of my current boot order and what usb's are occupied. Furthermore there is a light next to my power button that now flashes red when i boot up but will then fade back to blue when i'm on widows.
I have taken out the HDD and the message does not show, however the red light still appears.

To conclude, i don't know if i should be worried or not. The rest of the pc is working fine, i would just like to know if there is a way of stopping the message from loading (as it is rather irritating) and for it to go back to booting straight to windows.

Any replies are greatly appreciated. :)

P.S The link below displays the text message that the pc is giving me..

Solution
Most new BIOSes have a screen with company logo to cover it during first few seconds of BOOT process but POST must be done even in the background, that's how computer finds all the parts and activates them. Settings for that can be found in BIOS.

Ahh ok, is there anyway of getting rid of the P-O-S-T screen? I would rather it just go straight to windows like before. Oh and thanks for the reply. :)
