Annoying boot-up sound after start up.

Hello. I just got my first BSOD an hour ago. I restarted my computer and as soon as i opended google chrome i got a weird noise like a usb stick ejecting. That Paramba-da. I have windows 8.1 by the way, I restarted again and this time did not open google chrome and just stared at the wallpaper and got the same sound in 10 seconds or so. I scanned my pc with an anti-virus but it didnt help. How should i fix this its bothering me?

try removing things that are plugged into the usb ports one at a time and see if stops making the noise when you remove them, make sure all your usb devices are recognized.

No, I tried removing all of them and restarting but then even when i restarted without anything in the usb ports it made that random sound.

check the device manager and see if there are any unknown devices or ! symbols.
have you installed any new software lately or right before it started? any new devices?

I found that when i disabled or uninstalled the logitech g software for my mouse the sound stopped. So i think its the mouse my current solution is that i unclicked the box that says run the g software when windows lauches. But i still want to use it so if you have any ideas tell me

did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling it?

yeah i did but it makes that annoying sound when it turns on (the G-software). I blame logitech and now i just turned off the button which says launch the software when windows starts. this is a minor problem and i blame logitech. if i have any bigger ones i will just reinstall windows. also if i click were it says reinstall windows would i have to provide a new product key?

Your old key should work as long as it's the same PC
