Annoying box on startup

On computor startup a box appears asking which user account do you want to use to run this account
Protect my computor and data from unauthorised program activity.
The following user.
Administrator
Each question has a box or circle to tick.
How can I remove this box? This is windows xp thank you

This is caused by a program you have installed requesting administrator access when the computer boots.
Next time you get the message take a photo of it and post it on imgur and give us the link.

What programs do you have installed?

Also run CCleaner and look in the startup tab.
