Question Annoying high-pitched noise coming from PC (not coil whine?)

I built my first PC about a year ago. It's an AMD Rzyen 5 build, with an Asus Rog-Strix x-470 Mobo and a Rog-Strix 1070.

It's making this high-pitched noise, which almost reminds me of a disc writing back when CD-RW's were a thing. I've done some research about coil whine, but I don't think this sounds like the videos I've seen on coil whine. It's a constant pattern and it's really annoying. Starts when I turn on the PC, and doesn't stop or change until I turn it off.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thank you!

Sounds like a bad HDD or possibly a fan bearing but I'm leaning towards the first one. Try putting your ear next to the HDD bay and see if its coming from there. Then move on to each fan.

Thanks for the reply! I opened her up, and honestly it sounds like it's coming from the GPU (which might be worst case scenario)... Definitely not the HDD of fans unfortunately.
