Annoying issue with Nvidia Shield Tablet

I'm not sure if this is the correct board but I did not see one specifically for tablets. Anyway, I have an Nvidia Shield tablet and every time I power it on it defaults to the camera, how can I turn this "feature" off?

I ended up just uninstalling the camera, that did the trick.
