[SOLVED] Annoying progress bar pops up

Solution
why do you use mem reduct?

Internet download manager can cause problems. Maybe its what is deleting browser history?

ccleaner - maybe. Its another app you really don't need anymore, can do more damage than good.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

Did you install any third party apps to manage with cleaning your OSes temp, browsing and search history? If so, that's the culprit. If you don't know, you might want to shoot us a screenshot of all the apps you've installed to identify the culprit. The image you've shared, mind you, of the action is not something the OS will do hence why I asked about a third party app.
