Annoying Script Error pop-ups!! :/

Hi! I have a Win8.1 system, and I keep getting Script Error pop-ups. They are from various URLs, but virtually all of them are at line 0, column 0. Worse yet, they interfere with both my work and games. Now, I believe I have a virus, but I don't believe it to be a software virus. By that, I mean the virus is probably an internet virus and won't spread through removable media. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to upgrade my virus data signature files. Back to the pop-ups, surely the start of the script should be line 1, column 1. And now, they pop up and disappear. What can I do?

I would open up task manager and try ending any unnecessary start up programs. Run MalwareBytes and Rogue Killer, and reset your internet explorer settings to default.
