Annoying Stuttering in Most Games

Every game that I play suffers with stuttering. The stutters are small but noticeable, kind of like mini freezes in some cases. I'll list my specs:
i5 6600k @3.5
RX 480 8GB
Gigabyte z170x Gaming 3
16GB DDR4 3000mhz RAM
1TB HDD
250GB SSD
Corsair CX750 PSU

Some examples of games that stutter are Battlefield 1 and Batman Arkham Knight. The stuttering is very frustrating because other than the stutters my games run very smoothly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Do clean and optimize tab scan first. Then speedup turbo boost on to remove services you dont need.

Its gotten pretty good. Just dont get the driver booster or malware fighter. Turn it off after startup and its all good. Services and such stay off plus reg fixes remain. Granted I do a bit more tweaking by black vipers site but its a bit more advance than most should.

Most times in gaming superfetch causes stuttering , go into control panel ->administrative tools->services and stop superfetch and disable in properties fixes stuttering for me.
