Annoying tint

So my moniter has a tint(its less of a tint and more of a complete lack of a greenish blue) to it....its not the monitor or the cables or the video card Radeon 4870 because it doesnt start until Vista is loading and the color is fine in safe mode. Ive already tried restoring my color settings in the Catalyst Control center to default but that didnt do anything. The only thing i have installed or downloaded before this happened was a Divx player and i uninstalled that as well to no obvious effect. Now im kinda out of ideas....what do you guys think?

Windows Vista (32 bit)
Radeon 4870
AMD Phenom 9950
4 gigs of ram
700w power supply

Try uninstalling the video drivers in Safe Mode, then re-install them once you are in Windows. Something just could have simply messed up the drivers.
