annoying unknown sound

Hey guys I'm having a serious issue with my pc. It started out as occasional pops in audio while playing games a month ago, and then it turned out to be a cracking buzzing unbearable sound and it happens only when playing games (absent when watching video playing music while on photoshop or some other program).
The games run buttery smooth and I experience no lags or fps drops.
The sound is not from any hardwares inside my pc.
The cracking sound exists as long as any game is running (it disappears when game is minimized, nd the game audio is clear) and it doesn't matter whatever headphones or speakers I connect to.
During a fresh boot up i could play for maybe 15 to 20 minutes or less without this noise slowly increasing the more I play.
And while playing this buzzing cause to disconnect and connect my headphones or external speakers connected causing the realtek notification to pop up
I thought it was from the windows 10 anniversary update but I did a clean install of windows 8.1 problem still exist.

Things I've already tried:
Updated all drivers even installed older versions of Nvidia driver(every update was or install was made after removing drivers using DDU).
Did a clean install of windows changed from win10 to 8.1
Tweaked BIOS settings such as Disabling/Enabling HPET (both on bios as well as os), Virtualization, and few other tweaks (didn't underclock or overclock as I've never oc'd my processor before)
Changed CPU and GPU to preffered maximum performance under power saving.
Removed GPU and plugged in to onboard VGA.
Tried connecting pc to a different power outlet.
Removed the chasis and front cover.
Checked for DPC Latency and tried disabling each driver.
Latencymon showed DirectX kernal and some nvidia to have high execution times.
I've honestly never had this problem before, it just randomly started and it feels like I've tried alost every solution.
My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz
Motherboard: Digilite Dl-g41-mx3-lte
GPU: Nvidia 730GT 2Gb DDR3
Ram: 2×2GB DDR3 Adata
PSU: Zebronics 450W
No thermal issues.
