Annoying Win 98 prob

Lately, when I open web pages in new windows, a dialog box pops up saying "server busy". This is seemingly random. As a result, the window becomes frozen to the screen and the desktop becomes inaccessible, however all of the other open windows can be used as normal...

Any thoughts?

try updating wxplorer of microsofts webpage. also, it mite start doing that if you tried to add a registry patch to boost your cable or DSL modem. if you use a download manager, try disabling that.
