It's better to pass United States this year. It looks girlish in this color. I would be more interested in 10 hour battery.

ugly, more companies need to start using carbon or high strength light aluminum...my macbook pro is almost 3 years old and the case looks like it's new, my two year old daughter has but this thing through it's paces...very strong shell

It actually should be Qosmio and not Qosimo. Qosmio means "My Universe". Qos from Cosmos while Mio which means mine.

Looks really nice. I wish they used better material such as carbon fiber or aluminum, and finish it off with that cool painting.

What's with that crappy low resolution screen on a 15" laptop?

I bought 2 new laptops in the past 3 years with the money I saved NOT buying a macbook. 😉

Agreed however, they do use quality materials for their cases.

Any more detail?... Last semester at Cornell I was introduced to quantum dots which you grow so that the band gap is the wavelength of the light you want the photon to emit. Is this the same sort of thing?

Color changing has been around since at least the 80's (when i first saw it, likely much earlier it was invented...) A guy on our street had a black/purple custom painted truck depending on the angle you see it the color is different... Because this paint has the word "nano" in it makes it special?
