Another ASrock AB350 with Ryzen 3 22G

The Ryzen is brand new, so is the board. The AMD box says "with Radeon" and the Board said Ryzen 2200. Both brand new from Newegg. Newegg tech support said has updated BIOS.
Fans start but no beeps or video.
Suggestions welcome.
