Another computer problem?

Hello everyone! i have just installed win7 on my old pc, everything wroked very good! But now i keep getting and error about tmp2169.exe and other tmps, also avast antivirus find this as a virus witch is somehow connected to explorer.exe, my account works fine, but the other users have black screen when they log in their accounts, it keeps getting the error and avast moves this files or what they are to carantine, its a virus? how can i solve this? actually i want to reinstall my pc right now 😀 !

I did actually reinstall the pc, now,there are no more problems, which is fine! 😀
