I will try and make this short and sweet, I am in the market for a new 27 inch moniter, will be upgrading from a 22 inch Acer. My Video card is a PNY XLR8 GeForce 9800 GT http://www3.pny.com/9800-GT-EE-1024MB-PCIe-P2860C331.aspx
I will be using it to mainly play WoW and do some web surfing, not really into movies on it if that makes a difference in any specs.

But this one would be pushing the wallet and would only choose it if it was substantially better, I've been reading forums and hear alot of "raves" about the 120hz and IPS which the above two dont have. (dont really understand what either do) but i hope they justify $419 smackaroos lol.

As far as the LG E2770V, there's still uncertainty about whether it's really an IPS panel - see here:

120 Hz isn't worth it IMO, as that's mainly for 3D with shutter glasses.
Between the Asus and the Samsung you listed, I am quite puzzled that they're the same price, when the Asus has more connections, speakers, and a built-in webcam, and the Samsung only has a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

So would you go with the Asus? I'm kinda puzzled why I get a webcam with it, it would seem to be a expensive "addon" and get less of a monitor, but as you said it does have more connections so I'm lost lol

Well, I figure either the Asus is underpriced or the Samsung is overpriced, but I'm not sure which (possibly even both). The 1-year manufacturer warranty of the Samsung tips the scales in favor of the Asus, because when the monitor only has a 1-year manufacturer warranty, you'd probably want an extended warranty to go with it, so you should factor that into the price.
