Another Moldy Oldie question - ASUS P4PE based system

We found another "homebrew" whitebox PC at work. Here are the specs:
ASUS P4PE
Intel Pentium 4 (speed unknown)
Enlight HPC-300-101 PSU (180W?)
ATI Radeon 9000 video
1 GB RAM (Remember, Bill said we'll never need more than 640KB)
500GB HDD - Brand unknown
DVD ROM
3.5" Floppy

To be honest, I'm very reluctant to power it on, partially because most of the copyright notices on it are from around 2006.

So, is this box a door stop? Would it be worth anything on ebay? Tom's want's this clarified but I don't know how to make it clearer. Vielleicht, wenn ich auf Deutsch geschrieben hat?

Since you won't be out anything if it dies, sure. Why not? Be sure it is plugged into a properly wired electrical outlet with proper circuit protection. A surge protector might be a good idea too.
