Another no post/beep/video thread

Intel Duo E6600 (current, first was E8400 i thought the processor was defect)
CM Hyper T4 CPU Cooler
Kingston 1 x 4GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2PT
Seagate 1TB
EVGA GT 730 2 GB
EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W

Hello everyone, Today I was just finishing my 4th build, for the girlfriend, and I am facing this issue for the first time. I've checked all wires and if everything is connected properly and yet nothing is working. Mind that all these parts are new. I have checked if everything was plugged in properly and I was originally suspicious of the processor being the issue, but after a quick swap, that wasn't the verdict. If anyone has any suggestions or what could be the issue, please let me know.

if it a newer haswell or skylake build pull the gpu and one ram dim see if the mb will post with onboard video. also with the skylake cpu there thinner then haswell and you can short them out with after market cpu cooler and to much force.

also post your build to see if a bad power supply was used in the build.

Just updated and its from previous generation of processors

pull the add in gpu. see if the onboard video is turning on. if not try the mb outside the case see if it posts on top of the mb box.

Ok so i've tested out of things and still no luck. My new suspicion is that I got a defected stick of RAM. I've tried turning it on without the GPU and that didnt do anything, then I tried moving around the RAM and no luck either. I don't believe it's a PSU issue as all LEDs and fans run fine whenever I turn on. HDD also spins up(dunno if this matters at this point). Not sure what else I can do.

Alright, well I've tested the Motherboard outside of the case and have tried new RAM, but still no luck. At this point, I have no other leads. Will likely send this to the local(as in the closest city) computer repair store to get this checked. If there are any last suggestions, I will try them before I send this there.

look for smashed pins under the cpu chip.
