Another noob oc question amd 955

total noob about oc'ing. read that this chip is easy to get up to 3.8. question is do i change the cpu clock ratio to x19 or the cpu nb freq multiplier to 19? i see where i can change the cpu voltage to 1.45v. but that is as far as i know. i have cpu-z linx prime95 and 3dmark vantage as well as amd overdrive and cpuid hwmonitor. but none of them do me any good if i don't know what to change in the bios. better safe then sorry i guess. any help would be appreciated thanks

Any time, that why we are here. An I have my 955 at 3.8GHz....I'm waiting to fermi for change my mobo and RAM and try to OC to 4 or 4.2

am pretty satisfied with my current setup. i am waiting on two more Asus ms238h they will be here wed to complete this build.
