[SOLVED] Another problem with pc

Parts list:
Ryzen 5 2400g
MSI B450m gaming pro
TR2 500W
Segate Barracuda
16 Gigs Corsair Vengeance

I'm working on my first gaming PC and I've had quite a few problems so far. I've tried multiple motherboards and CPUs but it still won't work. I'm getting different lights on the EZ Debug led and I've tried reseating the RAM, trying to boot with only one stick, plugging in an unplugging the CPU power, but I still can't boot/post. Please help. I'm also getting a VGA light on the EZ Debug most of the time. Also, if this is relevant the front panel LEDS won't light up and I can't turn it off with the front power button, but I can turn the PC on with it

Try one stick of ram only, and be sure it's in the slot the motherboard manual tells you it should be in

Sorry I've tried that already. I think I forgot to put that in the original question.

Well if multiple boards and CPUs have all resulted in the same issues either 1) your psu is broken, or 2) your ram is

Everything turns on so I assumed the PSU works and the RAM light is the only one that almost never lights up.
