Another PSU recommendation thread

My no-name, 3-year-old 800w PSU might be on the fritz and I'm looking for a replacement. My machine was an ibuypower custom build with these components:

Case: NZXT Lexa-S
CPU: Intel i5 760 4x 2.80
RAM: 8GB DDR3-1600
GPU: ATI 5830 1GB, power recs referenced here
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3
OS: Win7 Home Premium

With these specs in mind and a sub-$100 budget, what should I consider? From my research and talking with computer nerd friends, I should look at Corsair (except CX and Builder Series), Antec and Seasonic, and I should shoot for modular. I'm still new to building and it seems PSU selection is an arcane discipline that I should devote some time to learning. Are these picks in line with my system, and viable for a GPU upgrade somewhere down the line?
