So I'm getting a big amount of CRC errors in my modem lately.
The question is, can it affect latency and cause inconsistent ping?
In Valorant my ping is usually 43-44 but spikes to 60 constantly and some games it spikes to 100 which usually makes the game unplayable due to teleporting and desync.
Variation from 43-44 to 60 sounds "normal" but going to 100 in some games is insane.

I have like 14k errors last 26 hours.

"CRC" Refers to your storage device.
Cyclic Redundancy Check.

This can be from a failing HDD, or possibly a bad caable to the device.

It does not affect ping at all.

But, assuming this is an HDD, it is failing.

CRC errors in internet router from failing HDD? I don't even have a HDD, I only have m2.
