Question Another TB360-BTC 2.0 question

Sorry if it's been solved before but I've searched and don't see the answer. Just got a new BioStar TB360-BTC Pro 2.0 mobo. Installed i5 9400F 2.9ghz CPU with fan (compatible per BioStar list). MSI Armor 750w PSU. Plugged in 24 pin to ATX1, 8 pin to ATX3. Installed GPU in PCIe1 x16 slot on mobo. 2 sticks 8gb DDR4 RAM. Fresh CMOS battery. Connected GPU to monitor via DVI-D cable. Plugged in power button to correct pins. Turn on PSU, push power button, CPU fan spins, GPU fans spin. No display on monitor. What am I missing? Any and all input is greatly appreciated!

Hey I don’t know if u had any luck but I’m having the same issue I had to return 2 board buts still got one I’m gunna try the intel gold it fires up but no display eve thing is correct ram but I’m using navida gpus I’m just completely stumped
