Hello everyone, i'm having trouble with my RAM usage on my self-built, windows 10 PC. I do not think i have had these problems since upgrading from windows 10, but it is possible, as it has been around that period it started.
Basically my pc is going up to around 99% ram usage, even though i have 8gb of RAM, it says that 2gb = 99% of the maximum RAM. According to windows, my system file takes around 500 mb, which is a lot, but the real problem might be the 2 gb cap.

Mind you, Windows can "detect" 8 gb of RAM, however it says that only 4,8 is usuable. This is obviously not good either, but as it is now i seemingly only have 2 gb.
