Last night I cameback from a dinner and turned on my monitor I noticed there was a black spot on my sceen which was not there before. It started to move and I noticed it was an ant. I tried to move it but ended up killing it so now it's dead on my screen. It is very annoying to look at and my TV is out of warranty. I use my TV as my gaming monitor mainly so I am left with nothing right now. What should I do? I have an RX 470 gpu if you need to know. On a tight budget.

Solution
Options:

1. Take to a TV repair guy for full disassembly and corpse removal. Lots of $$

2. Wait until it desiccates, and maybe it will drop to the bottom.

3. Live with it

4. Buy a new monitor/TV

I had a similar a couple years ago. The corpse stayed there for over a year, until the monitor died of other reasons.

I did call Samsung and my warranty was over. So I was screwed there. It annoys the hell out of me having to stare at it each time I use it and I took good care of my tv too. So would it be a bad idea to buy a monitor? I enjoy the large screen space I get with a 40 inch.

Warranty wouldn't cover a dead ant anyway.
Buying something new is all up to your budget and needs.

It's inside it not outside. It's a 40 inch Samsung LED TV screen.

Mate, he's said it like three times now: if the ant matters, you'll have to take remedial action.

Ask a repair guy how much it'll cost. Look at the cost of replacement. Make your choice. It's subjective how much or how efficient a certain course of action is going to be, so you need to do some soul-searching and decide for yourself what the best value option is.

"Should I..." is all up to your budget, and what your OCD will withstand.

Me? I lived with Spot for over a year. Annoying, yes. But not annoying enough to cause an instant $$ replacement.
