Yes and maybe. The card will certainly be available, but after 22 months since their last flagship release, these cards will be going even faster than normal. (And normally they're sold out at all of the major retailers in 15-20 minutes on release day.) Don't bother telling me that the 280x isn't their flagship, I know that, and my reasoning still applies
