[SOLVED] Antec 380 watt 80+ psu

i have this antec 380 watt psu its 80+ and it can run my i5 2500k oc at 4.3ghz with gtx 660 , my friend is giving me its gtx 970 gigabyte g1 can i run this gtx 970 on my current psu ? i can stop over clocking to save power gtx 660 tdp is 140 watts and 970 has like 148 watts
