Antec 380 watts good for GTX 650 ti

is my antec 380W earthwatts okay to handle GTX 650 TI

while rest of pc is:
e7400
1TB western digital HD
6gb ddr2 ram
1 cd/dvd rom
ga-x48-ds5

Should be enough, the GTX 650 TI needs around 400 watt (overestimation) but actually needs 20 amps on a single 12v rail. The 380 has 2 12v rails, one with 17 and the other with 15 which is more than enough.
