ANTEC A40 PRO vs COOLER MASTER HYPER 410R

i have a i5 8400 which gives me 80C under load and i want it reduced
My room temp is 30 degrees celcius
Im looking for a cheap aftermarket cooler that can help me with temps
these are the only ones available cheaply in my country(india)
I also have DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 in my mind and available.
My cpu is locked(no overclocking) so i just need a quick temp fix. my cabinet fans(5) are set up great too

The Antec A40 is good but are you limited to a smaller fan or could you go with the Cryorig H7? It's much better then both of those.

Be quiet coolers are pretty good.

i know but its not available in my country. importing it will cost more than the cooler itself
