We're going to need more information apart from the two lines shown in thread title and thread body combined. If you're having trouble identifying the power supply, include images to help us identify what you're looking at, provided you're actually inquiring about a PSU considering that the thread was posted in the Power Supplies section.

Ok. Someone must know the answer. My C18 SMD capacitor is open and unmarked. I don't think guessing at the value is quite the right way to go. So, I really need your help -- please! Or a complete schematic and BOM would be nice too.
