Antec case back card plates?

Hello,
How do you remove a rear plate from an Antec Dark Force case? The plates are not separate with screws as in other designs but punched metal plates designed to be discarded.

Usually they are just attached with small metal bits that break easy when you pry them out with a screw driver.

It's called a i/o shield and it just pops out by pressing on it.
