Antec CP-850 850W and EVGA GTX 470 superclocked

Will this power supply (Antec CP-850 850W) run this card.

I dont think it will it does not have 38 amps. but i still want to ask you guys

Yes it will it has total 768watts available for the combined +12 volt rails = 64amps! It is the combined that counts!
