Just purchased the case and MB. Case fans are not working. Checked connections and look okay. PWM connection is going to CPU_OPT. CPU fan is working fine and able to view the bios settings. I've tried all the CHA_FAN* headers but still no CHA fans. I did check DC volts to the fan controller board and it was about 3.25vdc. Any help would be appreciated.

Figure 9 shows the fan controller connections .
One long side is for fans. The other for the fans RGB connector.
On one short end is a connector to send RPM/PWM signals to motherboard. It does not supply power from the motherboard fan header to the fans.
On the other short end is a split connector to plug into motherboard for RGB control.
And lastly a SATA power connector like on hard drives/CD-Blue ray drives and SATA SSDs.
That is where the power to run the fans comes from.
Did you connect the SATA power cable from the power supply to the fan controller.
It needs thess to work. The fans are 12v.
There is a SATA cable

I don't see a connector for power other than the PWM (4 pin) from fan controller to MB. That isn't 12v.
There is a ARGB connection, 2 wire from the controller to a 4pin molex, one hole pluged) connector. However , not sure where that would go. When I look at the headers, they all say 5v.
