So I'm starting to upgrade my old computer and I was wondering if the Antec EA380 would able to handle the GTX560ti.
Rest of my build:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
DDR2 1gbx4
Currently using a HD4850

I know it the PSU doesnt have a second 6pin and Im planing on using an adapter.

Solution
The GTX 560 Ti is a 170W or 210W (TDP) gfx card depending on the model. A 500W PSU with 2 x 6-pin connectors is required. The Antec earthwatts EA380 is too small to safely run that card, and has only one 6-pin PCI connector.
I don't know what your budget is, but the GTX 750 Ti is of equal performance and can easily run on your 380W PSU. As can the GTX 1050 Ti which is of higher performance.
