Question Antec Earthwatts 430 PSU Keep Tripping Out

System Specs:
Core i5 3470, intel dz77sl-50k motherboard, corsair Vengeance 8gb ram.
The power supply trips after powering on for just a few seconds when connected to the motherboard. It runs fine on the paper clip test though.
The motherboard does not seem to have any problem as it runs fine on another backup power supply that I have.
I have removed all peripherals from the motherboard with only CPU however the Antec supply still trips after a few second.
What could possibly cause the Antec power supply to trip after few seconds of powering on ?

I thought so too, should I even try to have it repaired? or is it not worth it?
